Effect of amino acid limitation in CHO cells

I would like to know the effect of individual amino acid and their role in CHO cell growth and their effects on their metabolic pathway if any. And also if there is an amino acid which has an effect on the cells what will be the condition of the CHO cells is there any drastic drop in the viability or is there any reduction in the product quality. Im working with a recombinant CHO cell line for the production of recombinant antibodies.
