What is nutrition anyway? Definition:

Under nutrition is the conscious delivery of food and water to understand. The diet can be very different depending on culture, religion and personal attitude to life. Also, the life situation or the period of life plays a crucial role, because top athletes, infants or pensioners have very different nutritional needs that want to be fulfilled.
As a guideline for daily calorie intake, a ratio of 55% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 15% protein is often recommended. Even though nutritional styles around the world are so different, each person needs the same nutrients to function. How the daily needs are covered can be based on very different principles:

Different diets

veganism: Vegans completely abstain from animal products, including not only fish and meat, but also from animals or from animals produced foods such as honey, milk, gelatin and cheese. Nutrition is purely plant-based (such as vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, tofu).
vegetarianism: Vegetarians abstain from animal products, such as meat and fish. However, "indirect" animal products such as milk, honey and cheese are allowed. Some vegetarians also exclude individual foods (such as eggs).
Frutarismus: Frutarians are basically vegans. Any animal products are excluded from the diet. Fruits are staple foods. In addition, no plants may be killed, i. The plants have to live on after the harvest. Potatoes or carrots are therefore not allowed.

Wholefood: Whole nutrition provides a healthy, natural and balanced diet in the foreground. This results in a varied diet (wholegrain cereals, fish, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, etc.) with the right ratio or amount of nutrients.
pescetarianismAlthough Pescetarians abstain from poultry meat and red meat, they eat fish and seafood. Otherwise, there are no other restrictions in the diet (fruits, vegetables, dairy products etc. are allowed).
Stone Age diet: The food of the Stone Age diet includes those foods that the people of the Stone Age already ate and had available. So meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, roots, herbs, berries and other natural products. Excluded are dairy products, alcohol, sweets and other industrially produced products.
